By accessing or using SayHelo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Eligibility

To use SayHelo, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Not have been previously banned from the Service
• Provide accurate and truthful information

3. Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use SayHelo in any way that exploits, sexualizes, or endangers a child
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share explicit or inappropriate content
• Spam or solicit other users for commercial purposes
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

SayHelo has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any account, content, or behavior involving grooming, sexualization of minors, sextortion, trafficking, or other child endangerment may be removed immediately and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required by law.

5. Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Service.

5.2 Content Standards

All content must comply with our community guidelines. Content that depicts, promotes, solicits, or facilitates CSAE, CSAM, or any sexualized content involving minors is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. Premium Features

SayHelo offers premium features through paid subscriptions:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Premium features are non-transferable

7. Virtual Currency and Gifts

SayHelo uses virtual currency (coins) for certain features. Virtual currency has no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated.

8. Verification

We offer optional profile verification. Verification does not guarantee the authenticity of a user or endorse their character. We are not responsible for verifying all user information.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Violate our Child Safety Standards or use SayHelo to target a minor
• Harm other users or the Service
• Remain inactive for an extended period

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Serious child safety violations may result in immediate account removal and referral to law enforcement or relevant reporting authorities.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT:

• Guarantee matches or relationships
• Conduct background checks on users
• Verify all user information
• Guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Take responsibility for user interactions

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAYHELO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SayHelo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Malawi. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
